- No refunds for cancellations within 07 days of the tour start date.

- Any changes will be communicated to participants at the earliest opportunity.
4. Health and Safety:
- Participants are responsible for ensuring they are in good health for the chosen activity.
- We reserve the right to refuse participation to individuals deemed unfit for the chosen activity.
5. Insurance:
- Participants are required to have adequate travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and other relevant risks.
6. Liability:
- Participants acknowledge the inherent risks of adventure activities and agree to participate at their own risk.
- The company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip.
7. Code of Conduct:
- Participants are expected to adhere to a respectful and responsible code of conduct during the trip.
- Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or enjoyment of others may result in removal from the trip without refund.
8. Force Majeure:
- The company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, or government actions.
9. Privacy Policy:
- We collect personal information for booking and communication purposes only and will not share it with third parties.
10. Governing Law:
- These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal.
